Food Service FAQ
This page has some of the most common questions asked to the Food Service Department.
The Free and Reduced price Iowa Eligibility Application may be needed by your school for other programs such as Title 1, discounted school fees such as Summer School, Drivers Education, AP & PSAT testing. An Iowa Eligibility Application (Free and Reduced) form must be filled out (renewed) each school year. You can fill out an application online at www.EZmealapp.com or pick up a printed copy at any building office.
All students may purchase milk for $.50 to go with a lunch brought from home. If you qualify for Free and Reduced meal you must take a meal to receive the milk.
The Glenwood Food Services Department strives to provide a nutritious meal every day. We are required
to meet these government regulations. All Trays must have a minimum of three items from different food groups to meet the Offer VS Served requirement.
ONE COMPONENT MUST BE A FRUIT OR VEGETABLE.
