  • Just a reminder that you are responsible for your chromebook. If you break it you will be charged for it so please take good care of your things! 

 

  • FEBRUARY ART CLUB MEETING: Monday, February 12th from 3:30-4:30 in Mrs. Pontefract’s classroom 

 

  • Boys Wrestling Pictures are in the Office

 

  • 8th graders interested in Baseball please see coach Clark during lunch if you need the Remind information.
  • Pre-Season Hitting

:

    • Thursdays: 6pm 8th/9th grade, 7pm 10th-12th
    • Sundays: 2pm 8th/9th grade, 3pm 10th-12th

 

  • Pre-Season Full Practice Starts:
    • Sunday - February, 18th 12:00-2:30 High School Main/Aux Gyms

 

  • Starting January 24th, the middle school will be providing a STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) opportunity to students on early-out Wednesdays. Students will participate in hands-on activities using specialized technical equipment. Space is limited so you must complete the form if you want to participate in this opportunity. The activity is from 1:30 - 3:00 on early out Wednesdays (you will need to arrange transportation home at 3:00). We will create a rotation so each student that is interested will be able to participate at least one time. 

 

  • The form was sent in an email from Mrs. Stanley last Friday.  If you did not get the email, please let the office know.

  • Soccer registration is open for the Spring 2024 season please see attached flyer for more information. Registration ends January 31st.

Starting February 6th, Any Boy or Girl 6th grade through 8th grade interested in becoming or learning how to Hurdle for the track team, is encouraged to take part in early morning hurdle training at the Middle School from 6:45 am - 7:30 am.  Hosted by Head HS Girls Track Coach, Mr. Bueltel and Head HS Boys Track Coach, Mr. Starner.

 

Dates for hurdle lessons/workouts include Feb. 6th,12th, 20th, 26th and March 4.  These workouts will meet just one day a week and will take approximately 45 minutes a day.  It's a great way to learn how to hurdle prior to the Middle School track and field season.

Mr. Starner is in need of four “Towel Slappers” for Thursday’s Home MS Boys Wrestling Meet.  If anyone is interested in helping out, please contact Mr. Starner.  Meet starts at 4:15 pm and should conclude around 7:00 pm
