• It’s that time of year again—our annual Food Drive competition is here! Let's join together to support the Mills County Storehouse and make a real difference in our community.

Last year, we set an amazing school record with 2,023 items donated! Can we beat it this year? With everyone’s help, I know we can!

Here’s how it works:

• • • Bring in non-perishable food items to donate throughout the month.

• • • Every donation counts toward your class total, so encourage friends and classmates to get involved!

• • • The class with the most items donated will win a special prize and, of course, bragging rights for the rest of the year.

Collection Locations by Grade:

• • • 6th Grade: Mr. Berke's Room

• • • 7th Grade: Mr. Spieler's Room

• • • 8th Grade: Mr. Loftin's Room

To keep up the excitement, we’ll update you every Friday, either by email or during lunch, to let you know which grade level is leading!

Let’s make this year another record-breaker and show our community the spirit of generosity and teamwork that our school is all about.

• Any student 6th grade through 8th grade student (boys & girls) that are interested in participating in Early Morning weights should contact Mr. Starner before Wednesday, Nov. 6th.  Parent permission slips will need to be signed and returned before the 1st day (Nov. 6th)  We will meet every Wednesday and Friday from Nov. to the end of April.   6:30am to 7:45am.  Any questions should be directed to Mr. Starner.

• Any 7th or 8th grader that would like to be in a Choir or Show Choir elective class 2nd Semester, please let Mrs. Buckingham know. You can email her or speak to her directly. Thank you.

• After school Robotics 3:30-4:30. November 8, 15, & 22

• Marching Band Color Guard camp will be held Saturday November 16th from 9:00-2:15.  Forms can be picked up in the office 

• Open mat for wrestling will start on Sunday, September 22nd and continue through November 10th every Sunday from 5:00 - 6:00 P.M. at the wrestling building. Talk to Mr. Weber if you have any questions.
