Student Bulletin 12/16/24

• 7th Grade Basketball Girls:  Remember, our practices this week are from 6-7:30 AM on Tuesday and after school until 5:15 PM on Thursday.
• Girls wrestling photos are in the office. Please stop by and pick them up 

• Students:  You can start cashing in PBIS Rewards Points for Raffle Tickets.  The cost is 10 points per raffle ticket.  The bags for the prizes will be out on Wednesday!

• Students:  Be sure to sign up for your Friday activities on FlexiSched by the end of school on Thursday.  Activity 1, Activity 2, and Activity 3 are the activities we are having to help you get ready for Winter Break on Friday.  Unless you are assigned a study hall by a teacher, you need to schedule yourself for 3 activities.

• Driver education course being offered at Glenwood HS December 16, 2024 through February 2nd, 2025. If you are interested you may register online at StreetSmartsDriverEd.com or you may call our office at 515-279-1112. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8 am - 5 pm. You will need to have your child's DL# and expiration date off of their Iowa permit to register.

• Mrs. Buckingham is unavailable to hand out scripts for the play and do the read through on Monday Dec. 16 after school. Any cast member can check out a script on Tuesday, Dec. 17 - Friday, Dec. 20. Rehearsals for the play will begin when we get back from Holiday Break on Jan. 6 after school. Extra copies of the Rehearsal Schedule are on the small table outside of Mrs. Buckingham's classroom.

• We are about halfway to our goal of 100 pairs of socks with one week left to donate.  You will receive a raffle ticket if you donate. Bring those warm socks in to Mrs. Pontefract!

• Penny Challenge Continues! Bring your coins to the office to help your class win a dodgeball game vs the teachers! See flyers for details.
