Welcome to Glenwood Middle School. The Middle School serves approximately 460 students in grades 6-8 from the communities of Glenwood, Mineola, Pacific Junction, Silver City and the surrounding area. With 32 classroom teachers the middle school has a 15 to 1 teacher to student ratio. At Glenwood, we seek to be Respectful, Accountable, Motivated, and Successful.
Northeast Elementary
Welcome to Northeast Elementary. Northeast serves approximately 600 students in grades Preschool-2 from the communities of Glenwood, Mineola, Pacific Junction, Silver City and the surrounding area. With 43 classroom teachers Northeast has a 14 to 1 teacher to student ratio. At Northeast, we seek to be kind, responsible, respectful, and safe.
West Elementary
Welcome to West Elementary. West serves approximately 450 students in grades 3rd through 5th grade from the communities of Glenwood, Mineola, Pacific Junction, Silver City and the surrounding area. With 36 classroom teachers, West has a 13 to 1 teacher to student ratio. At West, we seek to be kind, responsible, respectful, and safe.
THRIVE
Welcome to THRIVE. THRIVE is an alternative programming option offered through the Glenwood Community Schools for high school students. As a dropout prevention program, our main strategies for prevention include: credit recovery, counseling, self-paced classes, work placement, flexible scheduling, and community connections. The THRIVE environment will be a combination of direct and virtual instruction. Direct instruction will focus on the content areas of licensed THRIVE faculty.
