Proposed Property Tax Notice

Beginning with the FY25 proposed budget, the Glenwood Community School District is required to post the proposed property tax notice in the newspaper, the GCSD website and all district level social media sites.  The proposed property tax notice is the first of two public hearings concerning the proposed school budget as required by the Iowa Department of Management. 

The notice provides information about the proposed property tax dollar increase and underlying reasons for the proposed increase.  The notice also provides the proposed property tax rate.
