TLC Coaches
Instructional Coaches serve as teacher leaders who support classroom teachers. Instructional coaches are available to collaborate with teachers in the areas of goal setting, differentiation, data analysis, classroom best practices, and accessing resources.

Instructional Coaches can help teachers establish a goal or focus area to improve student learning and professional growth opportunities.
Differentiation Support
Instructional Coaches can help design student engagement activities, choice assignments or tiered activities or assignments, provide support in assignment scaffolding or the creation of a challenge.
Data Conversations
Instructional Coaches can help collaboratively analyze formative assessments to make instructional decisions about student needs and instructional moves to support learners.
Co-Teaching
Instructional Coaches can collaboratively plan and deliver a lesson or series of lessons that meet best practice.
Gather Resources
Instructional Coaches can help teachers get access to documents, websites, books, and other teaching materials that help support student engagement and best practice.
