Where are my student contacts? ...continued
As a result of our transition to the new way PowerSchool does Contact information for students, we wanted to provide some instructions about some ways teachers are able to find this information on their own since it is different from past years. The second of these methods is from within PowerTeacher Pro. If you follow the directions below, it will result in a printable list of all contacts entered for a given student.
There are just a lot of things to play with on this page (pictured below) for how you might adjust the layout, view, and data included on this page. I don’t have time to go through all of the options. However, for this to focus on the Contacts you can choose which columns to add, how to filter them, and use the arrows to move the columns up and down to accommodate the order you want.
When done setting up your report, simply click to run the report
And then an alert will appear up by your name where you can select the report queue
Or the report queue can also be found here as well
Once in the queue, you simply click the report and it downloads
Open the doc and you should have a list of contacts for your students (I am not displaying one here in the interest of confidentiality). You can always go back to the middle page of this doc and play with the settings in order to get the report just the way you want it. If you hit any roadblocks in the following process, please let me know.
