Glenwood Flex Football
Flex Football is an innovative and exciting progression in the development of youth football players in 3rd - 6th grade. The game is a hybrid sport that blends the fast-paced action of flag football with the added safety and physicality of padded gear. In Flex Football, players are fully padded while using flags during the game play. Fundamentals of stances, formations, blocking, and tackling are provided throughout a 10 week season with 7 games played on Saturdays from late August to mid October. You can direct questions or get more info by emailing: glenwoodflexfootball@gmail.com
